Jason Stephens is a founding partner of Stephens & Anderson, LLP located in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Stephens recently was acknowledged in the February 21, 2005 issue of National Law Journal for obtaining the 47th largest verdict in the entire U.S. during 2004. He was also acknowledged by Texas Lawyer for achieving the 5th largest verdict in Texas during 2004. Mr. Stephens is an 'AV' Rated Lawyer, has been identified by Texas Monthly magazine as both a "Texas Super Lawyer" and as a "Texas Rising Star" he has repeatedly appeared in the Fort Worth, Texas magazine as one of the Top Fort Worth Lawyers, and he has been named to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Mr. Stephens serves as the Adjunct Professor for Advanced Trial Advocacy at Baylor University School of Law and he has served as a Speaker for the State Bar of Texas Advanced Personal Injury Law Course. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Jason Stephens is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas; and the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Stephens has also served as an Officer in the United States Army Reserves.

Jason Stephens is a native Texan and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at Texas Christian University. He then attended law school at Baylor University School of Law where he was selected to serve on the Law Review, Moot Court Society, National Order of Barristers, and the Dean's List. Mr. Stephens was also selected to represent the law school at the National Trial Competition sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers where he placed third in the nation. While graduating from law school with cum laude honors, Mr. Stephens simultaneously earned his Master of Business Administration from Baylor University.

Mr. Stephens practice focuses exclusively on trial work. Seth Anderson graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. He passed the Certified Public Accounting exam on the first sitting. Attending on scholarship, Mr. Anderson graduated from Baylor University School of Law. Mr. Anderson's scholastic achievements include serving as an editor of the Law Review, repeated nominations to the Dean's List, Top Speaker awards, Order of Barristers, and many others.
