Consultation Fee

Client Fees
The lawyers at Stephens & Anderson recognize that most people cannot afford to pay a lawyer $200-$400 per hour in order to pursue a claim. It is for that reason that most cases at Stephens & Anderson are handled on a contingency basis. Under this contingency fee arrangement, the lawyers advance all expenses in pursuing the client’s case. If there is no recovery, then the client does not owe the lawyers for their time or expenses. If there is a recovery, then the client will pay a percentage of the recovery as a fee to compensate the lawyers and will reimburse the lawyers for the expenses that were advanced. The bottom line is that the lawyers only get paid if and when the client gets paid.
Contingency fee agreements with Stephens & Anderson must be in writing. The specific terms and conditions of the contingency fee agreement will be discussed when the client meets with one of the lawyers at Stephens & Anderson. Referral Fees
